Fantastic location by the waterfront, with fine views from the balcony. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel could use some updates, it’s close to shops and restaurants, making it a convenient spot for families and beach lovers alike.

I truly enjoyed it, recommendable. Had a really nice stay for 3 nights, everything was great. The entire staff was willing to help👍

Inside of fridge was broken. Sliding balcony door was not functioning properly. bed was made up of two beds, which should have been made clear on arrival, and which anyone or any website failed to include.

The Ocean View Apartment offered amazing views from the balcony, making it a lovely spot to relax. We appreciated the large and comfortable bed, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The washer and dryer were convenient, and having a good TV with a DVD player added to our entertainment options. The proximity to nearby restaurants and the picturesque scenery was a definite plus.

excellent value and gorgeous accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff at the front reception desk. a wide array of options, fab food. amazing beautiful location, close to everything at the entrance. all in all great value for money.

The accommodation was impressively clean, providing a comfortable environment despite the somewhat tired-looking carpet. I also enjoyed the proximity to good restaurants and cafes, making dining out a convenient option.

A minor drawback was the view from my room, which overlooked the back of a rather grotty building. While it was not a major issue, I could see how it might be less appealing for longer stays.

By and large, it was extremely convenient place with exceptionally nice staff at the front reception desk. A gym area, spa and gym were right on spot. Enjoyed that there was a spa center.

I had a really frustrating experience with the reception—it was impossible to get through when I needed help. The lack of communication made everything worse, especially since they never resolved the faulty TV issue or even apologized for the inconvenience.

Although the hotel feels a bit tired and could benefit from some updates, it was clean and offered good value for money. We enjoyed the pool and spacious room, and we would happily return again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our room, which offered amazing views of the pool and lake.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.

I have never been to a Hotel/Resort that does not supply a shower cap!!!Not having the room serviced should be written in bold print, when making bookings online......was not happy that I had to make the bed.We had to go to the shop to buy extra milk!

we had a decent stay at oaks, enjoying its fabulous location right next to a huge kids park and various restaurants. our room was quite spacious, featuring a kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, and a lovely balcony with views of the water. the front desk staff were very friendly, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere in our room. overall, it was a comfortable place to unwind and relax.

Dirty hallways and additional parking fees. 😕.
